Meet the Team

Pastors Chris and Kim Muncy have served together in ministry at Open Door since 2006, beginning as Student Pastors, and continuing as Worship Leaders, and now Lead Pastors since 2022. Chris attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry, and began serving in ministry in 2003. Kim graduated from Lee with a degree in Education, later receiving a Master’s in School Counseling from Xavier University. She has been an elementary school teacher since 2007.

Chris and Kim are passionate about loving people, sharing the Gospel, and seeing families faithfully serving God, and their community. Their heart is for every generation to be actively growing and applying the Gospel, so that others may know of God’s life- changing power. They are blessed with two sons, Samuel and Daniel, who love sports, Skyline Chili, and music. It is their prayer that through Open Door, the truth of God’s Word will go forth in power and love to impact a world in need of God’s grace!

Student Pastors Noah and Aiden Dingus have been serving as Open Door’s Student Pastors since 2022. Noah attended Cincinnati Christian University with a major in Biblical Studies and has been serving in student ministry for over 10 years. Aiden works as a Client Advisor for Performance Lexus and has been serving in student ministry for the last 6 years.

Noah and Aiden have a heart for students and desire for them to grow closer to the Lord through Open Door Students. They have been blessed with a son, Colson, and want to continue growing their family in the future. They pray that the Gospel is brought forth in this church and to our students that will bring lasting life-change.

Since 2022, Tyler has served as our Worship Pastor, bringing a heart for ministry and a love for music to every service. For Tyler, music is more than just a performance—it’s a bridge that connects the heart to the Creator and helps others encounter God in a deep, personal way. When he isn’t leading the congregation in song, he’s likely enjoying a round of golf or catching a tournament on TV.

Children's pastor Jayda Hadden has served at Open Door since 2026. For Jayda, children’s ministry is more than a job. It’s a calling to show kids what a walk with Jesus truly looks like. In a world that often pulls us in different directions, Jayda is dedicated to showing our kids how to live differently and grow more like Christ every day. She loves the energy of working with the next generation and feels privileged to witness each child’s journey as they build their own relationship with the Lord. Jayda is an avid lover of the outdoors and believes there is no better place to recharge than in nature, enjoying a long hike or a workout.

Dylan Stegman is our Ministry Assistant at Open Door. He's been a member of this church for roughly 10 years, serving in both the worship team and the youth ministry. For many years he has felt a calling into ministry that he tried to ignore, but finally accepted that calling in June of 2025; he has been pursuing that calling every day since. Jesus changed his life in ways he never imagined, and he wants to show others that they can experience the same thing! Dylan loves all things music and plans to write and produce his own worship songs one day.
